Human-Tec

The Human-Tec website was one of a fictitious advertising campaigns with which we wanted to draw attention to the “sale” of the human genome. We promised ‘first option’ for people who wanted to invest their money for this “groundbreaking” future. Initiators were Karl Oliver Boeg and me.

Isolden Sculptor

isolden-webdesign

For the sculptor Isolde Schaeffer (Isolden), I have designed this purist Internet presence. I kept the design very simple to focus all the attention the work. I also teamed up with Isolde in 2003 for an exhibtion in the Orangerie in Munich’s English Garden. My work was processed images based on images of Iceland in 2001, and a moving image installation.

Island

island

In 2001, I crossed by bicycle the most wonderful island in the world: Iceland. With the pictures taken on that journey I organized an exhibition in 2003 at the Orangerie in the English Garden in Munich, which also included 3D animations. The pictures I were edited and manipulated in Adobe Photoshop. Printed on Fuji paper they were mounted on MDF (of course with a protective film in between!).

Reinthaler Tiefbau

The demolition company Reinthaler civil engineering asked me to implement a web presence for them in 2001. The diggers on the upper edge served as playful innovative navigation that were of course also clickable as text links.
